1. Hydrate Like It’s Your Job
Water is key to flushing out the fat cells and toxins released during your session. Drink at least 64 oz of water the day before, the day of, and the day after your appointment.

2. Eat Clean, Light Meals
Avoid processed foods, heavy carbs, or greasy meals before your appointment. Stick to fruits, veggies, and lean protein so your body is in the best state to respond to the treatment.

3. Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine
These can interfere with lymphatic drainage and dehydrate your body—so it’s best to skip them 24 hours before and after your session.
