Most clients start with 1–2 sessions per week for the first 4–6 weeks. This allows us to target fat layers consistently and build momentum with visible inch loss and skin tightening.
After Initial Phase: Biweekly or Monthly Maintenance
Once your body has responded to treatment and your goals are within reach, you can reduce frequency to once every 3–4 weeks for maintenance and continued toning.
